The philosophy of Norfolk Technical Center is consistent with Norfolk Public Schools’ philosophy and objectives and is in compliance with competency-based education criteria. Norfolk Technical Center (NTC) was established to serve as an extension of each senior high school. Norfolk Technical Center provides a climate conducive to learning that is safe for all involved with a wide variety of occupational programs, which prepare students for entry-level employment in their chosen occupations or for entry into post-secondary education.
